At the Said Business School, University of Oxford, I work with executives who are focused on making a difference in their organizations and in their communities – helping them to develop their skills so that they are the right person, in the right job at the right time.

I am particularly interested in women’s working lives and how we make progress, given our multiple roles and responsibilities – at work and at home. Over the last decade, I have developed and tested the ideas in this book with more than 300 women with different definitions of success, to help them to make their own map.

I work with leaders from all over the world who have a wide variety of roles in different organisations – public, private, voluntary, large and small.
